Conference Fees

The registration fee includes access to all events (Keynote Speeches, Paper Presentations), the Welcome Reception, Conference Banquet, Coffee Breaks, Lunches, and a copy of the Book of Abstracts. 

  • 250€ per paper (paid by any author).
  • 150€ for co-authors, also attending the Conference.
  • 150€ per paper (for papers presented by Master’s students or PhD candidates).
  • 150€ for accompanying persons (includes access to all social events and meals).
  • Free for students who only wish to attend Paper Presentations.

 

Notes:

  • Important: Fees must be paid ONLY via Bank Transfer and NOT in person.
  • Important: When making the Bank Transfer, please include the ID number of your paper(s) in the payment reference.
  • Fees are non-refundable.
  • If two authors of the same paper attend the Conference, both must pay the Fee (250€ + 150€).
  • Authors presenting multiple papers must pay the fees separately (i.e., separate invoices for each paper).

For the first time this year, we offer the Credit Card payment option to make the process easier for international participants and reduce bank charges.

This method offers very low bank charges, making it especially convenient for international participants — for example, those coming from countries such as Turkey.
