The registration fee includes access to all events (Keynote Speeches, Paper Presentations), the Welcome Reception, Conference Banquet, Coffee Breaks, Lunches, and a copy of the Book of Abstracts. 

• 200€ per paper (paid by any author).
• 150€ for co-authors, also attending the Conference.
• 150€ per paper (for Master’s or PhD students).
• 100€ for accompanying persons (includes access to all social events and meals).
• Free for students who only wish to attend Paper Presentations.

Notes:

• Important: Fees must be paid ONLY via Bank Transfer and NOT in person.
• Important: When making the Bank Transfer, please include the ID number of your paper(s) in the payment reference.
• Fees are non-refundable.
• If two authors of the same paper attend the Conference, both must pay the Fee (200€ + 150€).
• Authors presenting multiple papers must pay the fees separately (i.e., separate invoices for each paper).
