Guidelines for Abstract and Paper Submission

Bellow you can find information about abstract and paper submission.
  • Use the provided template, for both Abstract and Full paper submissions: EBEEC Conference Template.
  • All submissions must be made through the Editorial Management Platform.
  • Please do not send your Abstract or Full paper via email.
  • The first step is to upload your Abstract; after the conference, you will be required to upload your Full paper.  

Abstract Submission

  • Abstracts should be up to 500 words.
  • Include full author details.
  • Please submit your documents only in Word format (.doc or .docx). 

 

Paper Submission

  • Papers should not exceed 8.000 words, including abstract, keywords, and References.
  • Use Harvard referencing.
  • Include full author details.
  • Please submit your documents only in Word format (.doc or .docx).

  

Submission process

 To submit your Abstract and Full paper, please follow the instructions below:

 

  1. Log in to the online Editorial Management Platform using the following link: http://editorialmanager.ihu.gr/login.php
  1. 1. If you already have an account, log in.
  1. 2. If you don’t have an account, click on “Register” and provide your information. In the box labeled “Register with (select 1 or more)”, choose the role “Author and Reviewer”. 
  1. Upon successful login, you will see the Main Interface. 
  1. Navigate to the section “My Papers” and click “+Add New” to begin your submission. 
  1. Fill in all the necessary information and upload your Abstract or Full paper in Word format (.doc or .docx). Once complete, click the “Submit” button. You will receive a confirmation email that your submission was successful. 
  1. To upload your Full paper after the conference, simply edit your original submission, upload the new file, and press the Update button.

  

Review Process 

  1. Authors will be notified of their Abstract Acceptance, within one week of the Abstract submission deadline. All accepted Abstracts are eligible for presentation at the Conference.
  2. During the Conference, authors may (and, hopefully, will) receive feedback from other participants, which they are encouraged to incorporate into their full papers.
  3. Full papers must be submitted within two weeks following the conclusion of the Conference.
  4. A selection panel, along with anonymous Reviewers, will evaluate the submitted full papers.
  5. Papers will be considered for publication in various outlets, including a Springer book, Collaborating journals and Conference Proceedings.
  6. Authors will be notified about their publication options (mid-summer 2025).
